His background also includes serving 8 yrs. as an area manager for a Fortune 500 co., overseeing operations, facilities and personnel for multiple locations in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. John's dedication extends beyond the business world as he has always been extensively involved in community projects, civic groups, service organizations as well as several boards. His biggest joy is his family; his wife and business partner, Pagan; Daughters Brandi Birmingham Folsom and husband Jason, Brooke Birmingham Loring and husband Joshua. Most spare time is spent as "Papa" to his grandchildren; Mackenzie and Colby Folsom, Sydney and Taylor Loring; spending time with them as well as following school activities, basketball, field hockey, robotics, etc. John's philosophy is simple; "Treat others as you wish to be treated".
